My miles have slowed way down!

I am starting to question if I am going to hit my deadline!

But, I am determined to make it happen!

Exploring

Most of miles in this post were acquired by exploring the town we live in.

The town we live in, is full of historic homes, pretty decent sidewalks, and most importantly, its feels pretty safe. I have yet to attempt this as the only adult with the girls, I feel like I would stay paranoid the entire time. 

I drug Justin out on one adventure, and I went solo one day, too.

Tips for getting Your Miles in:

  1. Plan. 
    Plan when and where you can get your miles in. I have to plan my miles around kids, work, helping Justin with his side work, around my other workouts, too. 
  2. Get up and Do it. 
    Let your feet hit the floor in the mornings with determination. Wake up ready to knock those miles out! 
  3. Pre-workout.
    Find a Pre-workout that works for you! I have a favorite, and that's the only one I suggest. It tastes good, it works, and I have seen great results from it. Find it HERE!
