I think one of my many favorite things with season changes, is bringing out clothes suitable for the season, or buying new clothes!
Since becoming a wife, more so a mom, I have learned how to find key staples in my wardrobe to use for various outfits, in attempts to save money, while creating more options in what I can wear.
I struggle with this, it is something I work on.
Like many moms my age, I get a lot of ideas from pinterest, and of course some of my favorite IG personalities!
Below, you will see a look at some of those staples for shoes and bags. (a favorite in my house!)
I love these slide on tennis shoes. I wore them in high school and have patiently waited for them to come back! I even still have my favorite pair from high school (Shh.. don't tell Justin!). I saw an influencer on Instagram wearing these, and I was like "FINALLY!". She pairs them with her skinny jeans and loose waffle knit shirts, or I have even seen her rock them with blue jean shorts, but my most favorite way to wear them is with a nice set of black or neutral leggings and an over sized sweater, or shirt. Super Cute, but most importantly, COMFY!
The first pair I have shared (grey) are Steve Madden brand, that are priced crazy good, and the cheetah pair are priced evenly, but they are a good $20 cheaper than Steve Madden's cheetah pair.
Also, I really feel like little pops of cheetah print are going to make for great staples this Fall and maybe into winter, as well!
If you ask Justin to name one thing that I have too much of, he will always say bags. Bags will win every. time.
But, he is wrong.
You can never have too many bags, don't let anyone tell you otherwise!
This set above is a three piece set, by no brand I have ever heard of, but that doesn't matter- it comes with three bags!! What I love about this one is the variety you get, but I really like to carry larger bags. Bags that I can fit my planner, my laptop or iPad, if needed, and still have room for my wallet, phone, charger, etc. This is it.
This is a super popular bag among moms my age, its room, its cute and its versatile. I have had it on my want list ever since it came out. I am slowly getting away from using a strict diaper bag, so this will be nice to carry when I need a bag for a little bit of everything!
Extra: Shoes for the Littles!
