100 Workouts- A challenge for the Mind and Body | Health & Fitness

Today, I got the privilege of sampling out a new workout program that is launching, so, very soon! I have been watching so many of my friends get to be a part of the tester group, and their results in just under one hundred workouts are all amazing!

Y'all, some of my friends are even pregnant doing this program! Yes, PREGNANT! 

I was so excited for this workout, with one of my favorite super trainers. 

Let me tell you.. she did not disappoint. Not one bit. 

The ultimate goal for this program is:
To complete 100 workouts, and unlock the best version of YOU!


​What is so special about this program?

First off, this is one of few products my company has that is designed for morning workouts. 

The reason for morning workouts is so that you will go into your day energized, refreshed, and honestly, ready to take on the world. You'll have your own version of a "runner's high"!

The program is designed where you can spread the workouts out a couple of ways. One option is that you can do a workout every day, for one hundred days. Or you can break it up, or even double up so that you can have rest days, to allow your body to heal, or if you want to train for a 5k, you can align your schedule to do so.

The program plan is designed to give you a great variety. From cardio, resistance, and mind/body training. All with in twenty to thirty minutes!

Also, you never do the same workout twice. Never. Talk about variety!

From what I have heard it has a little bit of everything (Barre moves, fight club style moves, and so much more), giving you great variety. Which is great to keep you from getting bored, and our muscles need to be confused sometimes, especially if your on a plateau!

Just from the sample workout, my shoulders are so sore. I can feel muscles in my legs that have been this tired in a long time, and I have been training for a 5k! I myself am excited to start this program up, if anything to challenge myself and to work my muscles in a totally different way!
