This has been one of the more challenging things, I have ever done to myself.
And that alone has been so good for me.
I have challenged myself physically and mentally. I have put more miles on my favorite treadmill at the gym, my double stroller (thanks Faye, still loving it!), my old and new tennis shoes, and in our town.
I have broke out of my my comfort zone; running/jogging, doing so in public. I have improved on my anxiety concerning taking the girls out on outings for this project, I am still timid on this. People are crazy, by the way. :)
Back at the end of June, I set a crazy goal for myself...
To run one hundred miles, yes, you read that right- 1 0 0. One hundred miles by the deadline I gave myself, September 23rd. Why did I choose that day? Well, by calendar, it is the last day of Summer, but, it just sounded like a good time frame.
