Child approved, momma obsessed, and one of my most favorite pre workout to eat, every morning. Okay, even on rest days, I want these.

Running requires more than a heart for pounding your feet on the pavement or enduring miles and miles on the treadmill. It requires some cross training! Running used accessory muscles, not just your legs! It takes endurance of other muscle groups, to help power through a long run!
I recently started running, and was looking for ways to improve my running distance and times! I was looking for ways to cross train as often as possible! Read more about my current running challenge- HERE! Today, I got the privilege of sampling out a new workout program that is launching, so, very soon! I have been watching so many of my friends get to be a part of the tester group, and their results in just under one hundred workouts are all amazing!
Y'all, some of my friends are even pregnant doing this program! Yes, PREGNANT! I was so excited for this workout, with one of my favorite super trainers. Let me tell you.. she did not disappoint. Not one bit. The ultimate goal for this program is:
One thing I have know for some time, but have really had a chance to see work, is the power of a daily routine and being consistent! My daily routine, consists of reading my daily devotions and reading whichever personal development book I’m on at the moment! I do all this, while drinking my “Gogo Juice” or coffee (with my favorite sugar free creamer and collagen added)!
Once I am done reading and writing in my prayer journal, I start my workout. My daily routine consists of more habits than just these two things, while these will make or break my day, other small things play a major role in defining the steps to how I have gotten to where I am, and will continue to take me to where I want to be! Literally.
Over the years, I have used a handful of different preworkouts, looking for the perfect one. Check out my post on the top five preworkout brands I tried. One time, way early in my health and fitness pursuit, I thought that a protein shake would be a great choice, if you didn’t know, it wasn’t. Don’t try it, just take my advice! I have tried one that I stopped using, and after trying a couple of others, I couldn’t not go back it. It’s that good. You know me, I can’t give you one little piece of information without giving you some back history and the ‘why’ with it. I am a researcher and a planner, I am not a ride or die type girl! |
